The small print, minus the jargon.
- All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
- Google Ads spend is paid directly to Google and is not included in any plan — a minimum of £200/month is recommended.
- Monthly plans are rolling, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
- Annual plans are paid upfront or via 12 monthly direct debits at the discounted rate. The contract is not cancellable during the one-year term.
- Setup takes 5–10 business days depending on plan complexity.
- One business location per plan — multi-location businesses should enquire about custom Enterprise pricing.
- Website development included in all plans covers new builds. Redesigns of existing sites are available as an add-on from £300.
- AI voice assistant and automated call-taking features are available on the Premium tier. Beta features may have usage limits during initial rollout.
- All content (blogs, social posts, newsletters) is written in English. Other languages are available on request at additional cost.
